queen of jurong

this morning, dan surprised me with a slideshow of our pictures that we have taken since last july.it was pretty sweeet. i can get used to this : )

i have been quite a fastfood junkie

Just yesterday,i had macs for breakkie & mos burger for dinner....

pizzza hut this afternoon for lunch and indulged in a grilled dory during dinner at far east plaza.

i am thus far, fucking guilty and horrified+ mortifiedx10000 by the amount that i can order at these sinful outlets.what kinda moron eats fastfood every day or almost every meal?? what happened to shops like juice bars and salad bars???!

so i ordered a plate of broccoli (much to dan's disgust) which cost me like $4

n i still dont' feel good.

when i wasn't living on campus, i would be in town almost every other day doing my hillbilly nonsense. this time i've re-located all services.

if i needed to visit the bank to pay my car installment, i'll do it in jurong.

if i need to do my nails, i'll do it in jurong.

when im stressed and i need a wash&blow, heck, i'll do it on campus for a mere $14.

watchin a movie? hey maybe we shld just catch it at jurong point.

anyway, point is, i guess im kinda glad life can still go on even though im right here on the far western end of our country.

i just hate the food.

maybe i shld go on a raisin and broccoli diet.

i was studying in the library today and inevitably,the nodding monster got the better of me( trust me, it wasn't the zzz monster, it was the freakin Nodding monster for sure)
and i started to nod.... like a bobble head doll. thankfully i didnt drool...BUT my fingers were holding unto my marker n they kinda gave away and sent my pink marker plunging into my tank top, slashing my skin and my white top with a fushia streak.i was pretty embarrassed and i couldnt help but wonder whether the geeks around me were snickering behind their books as i had to fish my marker out between my boobies.

mom called me at 7:10 pm today " hEY!!!! singapore won the bid! we just caught it live on tv!"

hurray : ) that means we get to buy tickets and be spectators and watch world-class sports in front of us. i cant wait : )think: gymnastics ,ice-skating and tennis and swimming.

Formula1 night-racing will be held this sept, the launch of the integrated resorts the year after and the youth olympics in 2010. ooh lala, aren't we on a roll?
