as a proprietary day-trader in a small trading firm
can i gloat? okay im going to gloat anyway
its a 6 mth probationary position where i will learn how to trade equities(stocks) in the Aussie Securities Exchange,(some of Singapore/HK and in future:Japan) which also means my working hrs are 730am-2ish in the afternoon
if i miss dan, dan's just 2 levels above me : )
we're gonna be in the same building !!!!

now i just have to wait for school to let me go but im just so relieved things have worked out and this wldnt have happened if not for dan's help as well.
trading means i dont need to deal with clients, i'll be facing real-time market bids and make insane decisions on whether i wanna sell or buy stocks, go long or short,stick with whatever my boss says as the exit/entrance strategy. its gonna be mental and i cant wait for all of that to happen: )
screw wall street for now, market street here i come !!
