Im really really pissed off with a supplier of ours.
1) She re-manufactured our SMooch woven dress in black AND baby pink.
The original design came only in black, so if she wants to rip it off, it's fine with us but WHY baby pink?
and not to mention the material is of super low quality cotton material so I can't imagine how cheap she's going to price it.
2) Our backorder items: Paper crane dress and CrissCross bandage dresses were placed by us but I see like more than 5 other blogshops selling it and possibly undercutting our prices. How many pieces did each of them take? Less than 6?
ATBU has quite a number to sell each time and it's very taxing when I see other shops selling it at lower prices.
3) She openly declares how we're one of her best customers and yet other shops get to enjoy and ride on our backorder without having to experience the pain to wait and deal with customers who have already placed orders for it and assuring them the stocks will arrive. I wished she kept some aside for us so that we could have dealt with the influx of demand on our side first, before releasing them to other shops.
4) She was clueless the Katie dress from Topshop came in white and yellow originally so I suggested making the dress in white.
She presented the colour chart to us immediately, so we decided on a shade of white plus quantity per size and we're expecting it to arrive in 3 weeks.

& now, guess what?
Other blogshops are claiming that " they are opening a backorder in white and the colour is only exclusive to them " and yet the backorder may or may not happen cos they need to " hit a minimum quantity".
That sounds so dodgy!

We're always soooo nice, we never haggle or bargain with her when it comes to cost price and at the same time, we buy as many as we can for each design from her.
Sometimes, people forget which customers are more important.
