i think im the queen of smudgy eyeliners, it goes EVERYwhere around my tiny eyes.
my mom has given me lancome and dior eyeliners and up till now i still cannot decide whether i like liquid or pencil eyeliners.
just the other day, i came across a brand in the pharmacy: " LA girl " and an eyeliner pencil costs $5! wheee right? and its really good cos its like non-smudge and so cheap.
