Saw this on a Magazine at the hairsalon :) hahaa so pretty!

since you asked and since i'm waiting for Mery to arrive, thought i'll take a quick pic(teehee)
We removed the whole cut out part, it was suppose to be an entire crinkled layer of chiffon over it, but thats the difference between manufacturers and designers, designers can get it done and the other just make do with their own resources and imagination :(
